Somewhat serendipitously we connected with Ingrid to view the one home we really wanted to see on our brief visit to Grand Rapids — but we had been searching for a long time, & knew this house might be great for us. She agreed to meet us, spent as much time as we needed to review the home, and  then supported our decision-process all the way through offer, counter-offer, inspections, etc. She was patient when we were very cautious about the final decision, and helpful with the logistics of a fast sale. 

She even helped strategize for listing our home, which will sell later than our purchase. It was a HUGE decision process for us, and she stayed calm and professional and honest all the way. I anticipate remaining in contact in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ingrid to someone.
